PRODUCTS
U.P.O.N press-on nail sets are handmade and made to order. Because each set is created by hand, slight variations in color, placement, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on screen or device settings.
SIZING
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, shape, and length before placing an order. Please review the sizing information provided on our website carefully before purchasing.
U.P.O.N is not responsible for incorrect sizing, shape, or length selections made when placing an order.
ORDERS
Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase.
Because each set is made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. Once production has started, an order cannot be canceled.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All U.P.O.N press-on nail sets are handmade and made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment.
Shipping transit time is separate from processing time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the handmade, made-to-order and personal-use nature of our press-on nails, all sales are final for hygienic reasons.
Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete details, including damaged or incorrect orders.
PRODUCT USE
Customers are responsible for following the application and aftercare guidance provided with their order.
U.P.O.N is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, removal, use, or care of the products.
