How do I choose my size?
Please review the U.P.O.N. Size Guide before ordering. Measure your natural nails and compare your measurements with our preset XS, S, M, and L sizing options. Tip numbers may vary slightly depending on the nail shape and length.
What comes with my nail set?
Standard U.P.O.N sets include 14 handmade press-on nails. U.P.O.N Mini includes 20 handmade press-on nails in assorted sizes. Every set also includes nail glue, two sheets of adhesive tabs, an alcohol pad, a nail file, a buffer, a cuticle stick, and an application, removal & care guide via QR code. Standard 14-nail sets include two additional thumb sizes and two additional pinky sizes to give you more flexibility in finding the most comfortable fit.
Should I use nail glue or glue tabs?
Choose one application method only. Nail glue is best when you want a stronger, longer-lasting hold. Glue tabs are a good option for shorter-term wear and easier removal.
How long will my press-on nails last?
Wear time varies depending on the application method, nail preparation, daily activities, and how the nails are cared for. Proper preparation and avoiding prolonged water exposure can help extend wear.
Can I reuse my U.P.O.N. nails?
Yes. With gentle removal and proper care, your press-ons may be reused. After removal, gently remove any leftover adhesive and store your nails in their original packaging until your next wear.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Each U.P.O.N. set is handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. This does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the Size Guide and product details carefully before placing your order.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the concern and work with you to make it right.
How should I remove my press-ons?
Never force or peel them off. Soak your nails in warm, soapy water for 10–15 minutes and gently lift from the sides using the included cuticle stick. Continue soaking if they do not release easily.
