ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Because U.P.O.N press-on nails are handmade, made to order, and personal-use items, all sales are final for hygienic reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, shape or length selection, or application-related issues.

Please review the sizing information carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, shape, and length.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If an error was made by U.P.O.N, we will work with you to make it right.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because each set is made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins. Once production has started, an order cannot be canceled.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
